Getting Started
Welcome to your new smart home, equipped with smart devices to make your living experience more comfortable, secure, and efficient. Control all your smart devices with the Smart Home device management feature through your resident app.
- Smart Home Hub is the central device that controls all the smart devices in the unit. The hub is connected to the internet through a mobile connection and is paired with all the smart devices in the unit. The hub should always be connected to a power source.
- Smart Lock is installed on the front door and can be accessed with system-generated PIN codes. The PIN codes for residents or guests can be generated through your resident app.
- Thermostat provides the ability to control the temperature remotely through your resident app and set heating and cooling schedules at different times.
- Door Sensor indicates if the front door is open or closed.
- Leak Sensor notifies the resident if a leak is detected where sensors are installed under faucets or near plumbing.
- Dimmer controls the light settings in the unit.
*Not all communities are equipped with all device types. Contact your property management office to confirm which smart devices are available for your apartment.
